It’s that time again! Welcome back. Let’s get in our daily sweat this am! Remember it is so important to workout for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. The key to a healthy lifestyle is not hours at the gym or falling off a treadmill from exhaustion, believe me, I have done it all. The key is to eat right 90% of the time and to get in a little bit of physical exercise to keep your heart beating and those blood vessels clear. I don’t know how your arms look…but min
