Everyone knows there are foods that they should not be eating! But sometimes it is a bit overwhelming trying to figure out what snacks YOU can eat. Unlike the ‘fad’ that has surrounded us for the last decade, I don’t count calories or fat intake…I look at the ingredients of my foods. No matter the ‘diet’ the majority of American’s look for snack foods every now and then, some more than others.
I am here to tell you that I am not looking for anyone to try to count annoying calories or grams of fat, what I am worried about is the ingredients in those ‘not so healthy’ foods you are putting into your body.
If you are going to be snacking, make sure your follow my four rules of what you should be looking at on that confusing Nutrition Label on the side of the box.
