We are all personally responsible for taking care of ourselves and our own personal growth as we raise our families. When we take a step back and start to look inward at our own life and what sort of education we are giving ourselves in regards to life, communication, time management and joy. These are the things that make life worth living. It is not all about sweeping floors and having dinner done on time. What kinds of things are you teaching your children that actually matter?
Take back control of your life and remember to nurture yourself so you can continue to nurture others. Take a moment and listen in as Rachel Rahda from Drop That Rock explains how she has grown as a mother and the communication skills she is handing down to her son that are nothing short of brilliant.
What have you done for yourself lately in terms of personal growth?
